These terms cover the use of vivvia.net. Services we deliver under contract, whether through Vivvia Global, Vivvia Digital or Vivvia Estates, are governed by their own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Nothing here is legal, immigration, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is a binding offer.
Residency. Outcomes are decided by public authorities, never by us. We prepare and manage the file; we do not promise the decision.
Property. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, and no figure on it is a projection or a guarantee of return. Property values move in both directions. At a judicial auction the outcome is decided by the court, charges and occupancy can survive the sale, and possession is not always immediate. We tell you what we find and what we cannot verify; the decision, and the risk, remain yours. Take independent legal and tax advice before committing.
Digital. Delivery timelines and system behaviour are set by the signed agreement for that work, not by anything described here.
