Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Vivvia does with personal data, who is responsible for it, and how you exercise your rights. It applies to vivvia.net and to any enquiry you send us.
Who is responsible
Vivvia, Avenida de Benyamina, 2, 29620 Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain. For anything in this policy, write to contact@vivvia.net.
What we collect, and why
- What you send us: name, business, email, phone, which of the three houses you are writing to, and your message, so we can reply.
- Business contact details: where we contact a business directly, we process professional contact data on the basis of legitimate interest, as permitted for business-to-business communication under Spanish law.
- How the site is used: analytics, and only if you have accepted them. Nothing non-essential loads before you choose.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do pass it on where the work itself requires it, and only as far as it requires:
- Vivvia Global: the gestoría that files on your behalf, a notary, a collaborating lawyer where one is needed, and the public authorities the application is made to (Extranjería, the Registro Mercantil, the tax authority).
- Vivvia Estates: a notary, the Registro de la Propiedad, and the court administering an auction where a property is bought that way.
- Vivvia Digital: the hosting and email providers that run the systems we build, acting as processors under contract.
Where a recipient is outside the EEA we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, and will name the mechanism on request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as needed to answer you and for any relationship that follows, then deleted. Files we are required to retain by law, such as the accounting records behind a property purchase or a company formation, are kept for the period that law sets and no longer. Suppression records are kept permanently and deliberately, because the only way to guarantee we never contact you again is to remember that you asked us not to.
Your rights
- Access, correct, delete, or restrict what we hold.
- Object to direct marketing at any time. Honoured immediately, not "within 30 days".
- Complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Ask us to delete your data
Send contact@vivvia.net the email address you want removed. We will confirm once it's done. Deletion removes you from our contact records and our enquiry records, and adds you to a permanent suppression list so no future campaign can reach you.
